Good maintenance of rental properties is essential to keep good tenants. If a tenant has to endure a living in a badly maintained property he will simply find a better place at the end of the tenancy, or sooner.

For this reason we take maintenance seriously and attempt to fix problems very promptly. On the whole, our existing panel of contractors do a good job, but because they are good at their jobs they sometimes are not available, particularly at short notice.

Therefore, if you are a tradesman operating in Hertfordshire, particularly in the A1(M) corridor we would be interested to hear from you. If you are a joiner, and general handyman, or an drainage specialist we would be particularly keen to talk to you.

You should be experienced or trained, check your email at least once a day, and (ideally) not VAT registered. You may well be doing "snagging" jobs for a housebuilder, but want to broaden your client base.
