Before we can give an accurate rental valuation we will need as much of the following information about your property as possible:
- Address, including postcode, of property to be rented,
- Recent sale valuation, or purchase price if recently purchased,
- Type of property (flat, bungalow, house etc.),
- Number of bedrooms, bathrooms and reception rooms,
- Other relevant features, such as garden, garage, off-street parking, etc.,
- Gross floor area, if known,
- State of decoration,
- Any restrictions on the tenancy (e.g. no sharers, no pets, no children),
- Any other information which you think may be relevant.
Our valuation will be based on a part furnished let for a six-month assured shorthold tenancy. 'Part furnished' means that the property is complete with curtains, carpets and large kitchen domestic appliances. If you would like a valuation for a furnished let please tell us. Because we are ARLA registered, our valuation will be acceptable for mortgage approval purposes: we are happy to post the valuation direct to your Financial Advisor if time is of the essence.
