Fees

Our fee is based on the principle that we should only charge for our services when our clients are earning from our efforts. As a result we do not follow common practice in our profession by charging an initial fee, or fees for the preparation of the tenancy agreement or inventory. We charge purely on commission and do not earn a penny until a tenant is paying rent. The structure of the fees for the services that we offer is as follows:

  1. LET ONLY SERVICE: a percentage of the agreed monthly rent payable once the tenancy has been put into place.
  2. FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE: a percentage of the rent collected.

Please call us for a fee schedule. Landlords with more than one property can expect a discount on our advertised schedule of fees and charges.
