Privacy Policy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

In accord with the principles laid down in the Data Protection Act 1998, personal data will be:

  • fairly and lawfully processed,
  • processed for specified purposes and not in any manner incompatible with those purposes,
  • adequate, relevant and not excessive,
  • accurate,
  • kept for no longer than is necessary,
  • processed in line with the individual’s legal rights,

  • transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, only if the individual’s rights can be assured.

  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract;
  • the processing is required under a legal obligation;
  • the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the individual;
