About this site
This site is being prepared to take over from the the Herts Lettings legacy site. I am gradually moving more and more of the content from that site, and am at the same time exploring the new features I can incorporate in this site, which has a much more flexible framework. However I am a Letting Agent by day so this work will go on for a considerable time before I am happy enough to close down the old site entirely.
If you are a web designer who is interested in developing and extending this site, then please contact me. You should have experience of designing Drupal themes, ideally using PHPTemplate.
Also, if you are an actual or aspring journalist or writer we would like to hear from you. We will pay to get content relevant to property investors local to Hertfordshire. I would be interested in syndication deals only, but only of relevant material. Please call our main number and ask to speak to Steve.

I am looking for web help, again

I am the webmaster of the herts lettings website (Google it!). I need someone to sort out a few problems:
(i) getting property listings automated,
(ii) getting a link exchange programme going,
(iii) tweaking the template and adding a few graphics
(iv) restoring my search engine rankings since I destroyed them after switching domain names a few months ago,
(v) managing my mailing lists.
You should be a geek. You should either know about CMS's or be the sort of programmer who could write one.
